Join Wen for a 90-minute slow and nourishing flow-to-yin practice that honours the quiet beauty of winter — the most yin time of the year. As the days grow shorter and colder, nature retreats into stillness, inviting us too to turn inward, rest deeply, and reconnect with our inner essence. This season offers a sacred opportunity to slow down, listen, and explore the depths within.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), winter is associated with the Water element and the Kidney and Urinary Bladder Meridians, guiding us toward introspection, restoration, and the cultivation of inner wisdom.
We’ll begin with a slow, embodied prana flow, weaving in pranayama and gentle self-tapping and massage to awaken and circulate prana — the vital life force — throughout the body. Gradually, we’ll journey into stillness with supported yin postures, allowing space to land and soften into the natural rhythm of the season.
