Solstice Joy ☀️

£12.00

This month's Living Vinyasa was inspired by the rising energy of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, and the invitation to celebrate the simple joy of being alive.

One thing I keep coming back to is that joy isn't the same as happiness. Happiness often depends on things going our way, but joy can exist in the middle of an ordinary day, or even alongside challenge. It's not something we have to wait for; it's something we can practise. In yoga, this is reflected in the principle of Santosha – contentment. Not settling or giving up on our dreams, but learning to meet this moment as it is and recognising that perhaps, right now, nothing needs to be added or taken away.

-

Living Vinyasa is an invitation to take your practice beyond the mat - to feel the flow of vinyasa not just in movement, but in the rhythm of your life. Each start of the month, we gather for a 75-min sadhana, weaving breath, intention, and mindful flow into a living practice. Every session carries a theme/intention - a gentle thread you can take with you into your days, letting your practice ripple outward into how you live, love, and move through the world.

If you would like to join us live for the next one, book here.
