Come home to your body and move in rhythm with nature.

We gather each month for an extended vinyasa practice offers space to immerse fully into a mindful, fluid flow - where movement becomes meditation and breath leads the way. With more time to linger, each class invites deeper listening and embodied presence.

Each session unfolds around a monthly theme or intention, drawing from the wisdom of yoga, philosophy, the natural elements and lived-experience. Like the ebb and flow of life itself, these themes reflect the natural rhythms of expansion and release we experience as humans, inviting the practice to extend beyond the mat and weave into the rhythm of your everyday life.

Come just as you are, and perhaps hang around afterward over tea and chats with the SOS community.
